It's Time To Bloom
From wildflower hikes to oracle card readings to full moon yoga, our offerings are meant to call out the nature lover in each of us!
Even if you don’t have access to the expansive desert, lush green forests, or even a big park, there are many ways to connect with nature. Keep a fresh bouquet of flowers by your bedside, keep a small container garden on your patio, or create a small altar or sacred space with representations of each of the elements.
Ecotherapy
Continuing research from around the world shows there are many potential benefits to being outdoors in nature. A common practice prescribed in Japan is called “forest bathing” which involves simply being in nature and connecting through the senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch. This experience helps to bridge the divide between ourselves and the natural world.
There are a variety of fun ways to spend time in nature to enhance your connection, not only to yourself, but the natural world around you. Make plans for a garden and then dig in and get your hands dirty, grab a friend to go on a wildflower hike up in the mountains, take a weekend away out of town and go camping in the desert, or hop in the car and take a road trip out to the ocean and dive in! Trust that you will come back feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to connect with the world!
